1. Acceptance
By accessing trustscores.co or purchasing a report you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
TrustScore generates a credibility score and accompanying report for a business based on public signals (reviews, web presence, social signals). The score is indicative only and must not be treated as a definitive statement of fact about any business or person.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. Don't share access or scrape the service.
4. Payments
Audits are one-time purchases ($19). Monitoring is a recurring subscription ($9/mo) and renews automatically until cancelled from your dashboard. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
5. Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time audit purchases, email info@trustscores.co. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use TrustScore to defame, harass, or unlawfully harm a business or individual. Don't reverse-engineer the scoring model, abuse our APIs, or republish reports in bulk without written permission.
7. Intellectual property
The platform, scoring algorithm, and brand assets are owned by TrustScore. You may share your own Trust Score and embed the badge we provide.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Scores are based on third-party data we don't control and may be incomplete or out of date.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can close your account at any time from settings or by emailing us.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles.
